Motorcycle Model 2 by Issei Yoshino. The front half and the back half are each individual sheets of paper, linked in the middle. There is no chair on it, rather an elongated seat - Japanese motorcycles have a long seat that allow the rider to lean forward while riding, making them more aerodynamic (and improving gas mileage!).
